The qualities we are seeking are; a reliable, mature, professional, dedicated, energetic, team player, that works well with patients/ management and the dental team.
While in the administration department, you are responsible for greeting, scheduling patients, copay and insurance collections, and ensuring that patients have a comfortable experience, leading to patient retention.

Education/Certification:
High School Diploma/ GED with college Preferred knowledge of Dentrix Preferred knowledge of Weave Software Preferred knowledge of Windows Maintain annual OSHA and HIPPA training as required by law.
Skills/Abilities:
Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor Checking patients in and out Good grooming and professional image Superior team skills; strong ability to work well with others Professional telephone etiquette Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Good computer/dental software skills Good manual dexterity.
Must work well in a team environment Great Multi-task & Customer service skills Appointing and confirming appointments Verify patients billing address and insurance Collecting Co-insurance, deductibles and payments Desire to learn about the Dental Profession Job Type:
