, an experienced office and industrial products dealer in Poquoson, VA, is looking to add an energetic and friendly customer service expert to our talented team of professionals.
This is an in-person position Responsibilities - In support of our high level of success and growth, it is important to us that we preserve the personalized customer service that we believe our clientele deserve.
Unlike large companies that often forego the personal touch, we value this one-on-one contact with our customers.
Therefore we are seeking someone who is a clear and concise communicator and who genuinely likes people.
Daily tasks will include:
Works with customers on the phone, via email, and through our online chat application to offer quick and accurate assistance with placing orders, providing order status and tracking, and completing quotes.
Completes daily data entry tasks, in which quick and accurate typing skills are a must.
Assists with other customer-related tasks, as needed.
Requirements - High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Minimum of one year customer service experience preferred.
Note:
This position requires no telemarketing or out-bound calling.
This position is responsible for fielding incoming calls only.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
